Life Update

Hello, friends,

I just wanted to give you all a little update as to why I’ve slowed down and haven't been able to keep up the same work pace I set in January.

The reason is because my husband, Joshua, and I are expecting. Lord willing, our little girl will be joining us in September. We are so excited for this new journey.

Much of my time has been taken in trying to keep up with my normal job, napping, feeling sick, or throwing up. Thankfully, those symptoms are starting to wane, but it has thrown off my plans for my art this year.

Josh and I are overjoyed. We're so thankful for this little girl growing inside right now. Any sickness and fatigue is worth it for her. She is already so loved.

I know pregnancy announcements can be difficult for some, especially if you’ve been struggling to conceive or have lost a child or both. I know that pain is real, and if that is you, I’m praying for you. We’ve felt that pain ourselves within the past two years. May God be near to you and comfort you in this time. 🤍

God has been so merciful and gracious to us in giving us this little life to protect. We appreciate your prayers for her and us during this time of growth and transition. (I know so many of you have already been praying. Thank you!)

Your righteousness, O God, reaches the high heavens. You who have done great things, O God, who is like you? You who have made me see many troubles and calamities will revive me again; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up again.
